We offer 2 cooperation formulas:
Credit agreement
In this type of collaboration you buy a number of credits in advance (1 credit = 1 hour). From then on, you can create tickets via our tool.
Credit packs are hours which we keep available to work on your project. These credits remain valid for 12 months after order. If we estimate that the work will take more than 2 hours, we will provide you with an estimate in credits in advance. If it is less than 2 hours of work, we will immediately get to work for you. In all cases, the time actually worked will be deducted from your available credit balance.
Time & Material agreement
Would you rather not work with pre-paid credits? Then an agreement in Time & Material is a better match for you.
Within this type of agreement the time spent on your requests is invoiced at the end of each month. You will receive an estimate of the time we will need to process your problem or question. If the work to be performed would take more than 4 hours, we will give you an estimation and request your approval. If it's less, we will immediately get to work for you. The time actually worked is billed at the end of each month.
